We too are running Kitchen Tables (facilitated feedback sessions) for ALL of our buyer and influencer groups over the coming months. the ones we’ve held to date have been invaluable and have resulted also in a new direction for EnrichMe. We’ve shifted verticals from women to teens and young adults and having listened to what they’ve told us they want, are developing scalable financial literacy programs in those specific niches.

I think the key thing is not to be wedded to the outcome of the feedback sessions, otherwise there’s a danger of finding yourself in sales mode, trying to persuade everyone of the genius of your idea and succumbing to confirmation bias. It’s impossible to think constructively in that frame of mind, I know I’ve done it many times! Open mind open ears!

Good luck with the new direction, you work hard, you never give up and you deserve to be successful. Sara x
