Yes we get around 90% of our traffic on mobile. Painful that we only have an iOS app at the moment but we’re working on Android!

Love this post! Saying “thank you” is major part of our culture. I’ve worked for a start-up for the last three years – and having set up our second office in Auckland 13,000 miles away from London HQ – one of the Co-Founders always calls me on a Friday evening to ask about my plans for the weekend. He’ll also thank me for my efforts and encourage me that “next week we get to do it all again but better.”

Thanks for sharing this – the six month separation must have been especially tough and you should be proud that you navigated it so well. .I’d be curious to know if everyone bought into the plan or if there were some employees who decided the culture wasn’t right for them?

Changing my own morale entails changing/hearing new perspectives. This means communicating with others in my shared field I don’t usually see. Expanding my field vision beyond my current thoughts. In essence to see possibilities rather than problems.
